Dwayne is the lead pastor at Wellspring Church Charlotte NC, which was founded by him in 2007. He is also a member of the board of the Acts 29 Network and he is the Director for Pastoral Care for the network. In addition to pastoring Dwayne has a passion for developing the new generation of Biblical counselors. He serves on the director's board of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He has written many online articles and is also a contributing writer in Christ-Centered biblical counseling Change lives through the eternal truth of God (eds. Kelleman (and Viars) Dwayne and his wife Leslie have three kids.
